SITE<\/strong>
\nThe parcel is organized around a north\/south central promenade with the proposed and existing office buildings to the west and residential housing to the east. The large landscaped promenade provides a connection and buffer between the commercial office buildings and the residential units and links La Avenida to Pear Avenue creating a dynamic pedestrian space shared by employees, residents, and the public.<\/p>\nOFFICE BUILDING<\/strong>
\nThe proposed office building located at the northeast corner of La Avenida and Inigo Way is a 6-story, Class-A office building and will be a complementary style to the existing 1255 Pear Avenue office building to the north.<\/p>\nPARKING STRUCTURE<\/strong>
\nThe proposed six (6) level enclosed concrete parking structure will serve both office and residential users and will have a total of 1,210 parking spaces. The parking structure will be wrapped with residential structures on all four sides.<\/p>\nRESIDENTIAL<\/strong>
\nThe phase I \u2013 south residential building consists of 220 market rate apartments of type III-A and type V-A construction wrapped around a shared parking structure.
